Charcuterie Board: arrange salami, prosciutto, chicken liver pate, boursin cheese, and vegetable crackers on a tray. Add the Smoked Tomato Truffle Jam in a jar or small bowl and serve.
Avocado, Smoked Tomato Truffle/ Egg Toast: Prepare sourdough bread, toasted and add tomato truffle jam on each piece of bread. In a small bowl, mash an avocado and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the jam. In a skillet fry your eggs in olive oil. Layer the fried egg over the avocado, and serve. For an extra boost, drizzle with olive oil and add red pepper flakes, feta, or siracha sauce! Serve with a side of fresh arugula or spinach leaves.
